"Are you sure we're going in the right direction, Zack?" A voice lined with worry questions, probably for the tenth time.
"It should be-" A stronger voice, Zack, says, pausing to catch his breath, "Just over there! Just cool, Cloud."
"You should take a break! You're still healing Zack!" Cloud pleas.
"And so are you! And you're doing just fine!"
"You got shot more!"
"You had mako poisoning!"
"Girls, Girls! Your both pretty! Now, Zack, lead the way!" An angered, yet sarcastic voice breaks in. "before I give both of you another thing to be healing!" Both boys were silent. What was most surprising was Zack's lack of smart ass reply.
"Zack, you ok?" Both Cloud and Tifa ask, almost together.
"Huh? Oh. Yeah." The raven head mumbles, barely looking back.
". . .Ohhh. I get it." Tifa mumbles.
"Someone's special puppy is nermmphf!" Cloud sings, then half suffocates on a  face full of black spikes. Jumping back, Cloud asks "What's with the sudden stop, Pup?" with a slight hint of aggravation in his voice. Zack, for once, was silent. Tifa steps forward and lets out a small, happy sigh.
"Ohhh."
Standing right before the trio was a tall, old-fashioned stone church. The very church were, just about six years ago, Zack met Aerith, the girl of his dreams. "It's just like I remembered. . . " Zack breaths. A small wing blows, sending chills down everyone's spines.
"Well. What are you waiting for?" Cloud asks, with his most caring with a hint of pushy tone he could manage. "Get her!"
"R-right. Thanks guys." Zack smiles his usual thousand dollar smile and dashes down to the church.
As he neared the door, he slowed his pace to catch his breath part way. The air smelled of the beautiful flowers that have been growing within the church of as long as Zack could remember. Pausing before he steps into the door, Zack looks back as his friends, who look like ants among the rubble of the slums in which the church was built. Seeing them wave, Zack nods and walks in. Looking right ahead to where the flower patch is, he expects to see Aerith there, tending the flowers like she had always had. Only to be disappointed. "Aerith?" Zack calls out. Looking in each row of seat on his way to the flower patch, Zack looks for Aerith. "HEY!! AERITH!! I'M HOME!" Now standing right were Zack first laid eyes on her, Zack calls Aertih's name for one final time. Only the slight echo of his shouts replies. Refusing to give up on hope, Zack runs into the small closet-like room, hopping to see her jacket, bag or something to tell him that she is here. Nothing. "Come on! Come On!"  Pacing around the church, wondering where she could be, Zack is reluctant to notice the arrival out side.

Humming a tune to her favorite song, a beautiful, brown headed girl makes her way up the stairs. Pausing for a minute as the hairs rise on her neck, she thinks. "No. I'm just being silly." She mumbles to her self, and starts to dig for her keys. Many times before, she has had this feeling before. Anything she thought of him, her angel from they sky, she gets this tingly feeling. And many times, when arriving back at the church, she gets the faintest hope that he will be there, standing amongst the flowers that she had once tended with him by her side. And many times had she pushed though these very doors only to be disappointed. However, this time, little did she know-
"AERITH!!!" A all to familiar voice echos from within the church. The very voice that she had been longing for so long to hear once more; even if it was for only a second. Quickly shoving the keys into the doorknob and pushing open the large doors, Aerith gasps. Standing amongst the flowers, like she had always dreamed of was her angel.
"Z-z-zack?" She mumbles. Stepping lowly and quietly to him, hopping, praying that this isn't a dream, she gets close enough to hear his mumbles of deep thought. "ZACK!" She shrieks, joy and relief over whelm her. Her angel gasps, clearly cought of guard, but not even half a second later, Aerith had flung her self into his arms.
"I'm home. . . " He says, petting her sweet little head as she hugs him tight. "Aerith."
